About the AuthorArdythe Kolb loves the Lord and enjoys helping others learn to live victoriously and grow close to Him. She is freelance writer, with articles, stories, and devotions in numerous publications. Five grown children, seven grandchildren, and two great-granddaughters are her prized treasures.
The Kansas City area is home to Ardythe and her husband, Jerry. In the midst of raising their family she and Jerry owned and operated a successful Christian bookstore in Shawnee, Kansas. After they sold the store she worked as a church secretary until she could devote full time to writing. Ardythe serves on the Advisory Board of the Heart of America Christian Writers’ Network and produces their monthly newsletter. She volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) which gives a voice in court for abused or neglected children. She’s also active in church and neighborhood activities and likes travel, reading, and target practice. |
